The Surrealeon® Youth Leadership Fellowship was created by Tiffany Walker, who brings over two decades of experience in youth empowerment, leadership development, and performing arts education.
Tiffany is a former Miss New York and Miss America finalist, where her platform focused on youth empowerment and personal development. She was also the co-founder of Talent of Purpose Performing Arts & Leadership Center, where she helped develop programs that combine confidence-building, performance skills, and leadership development for young people.

As a Certified Life Breakthrough Coach, Tiffany has spent years developing curriculum and experiences that help individuals cultivate confidence, clarity, and personal leadership.
The fellowship reflects her belief that leadership is developed through practice, embodiment, and experience—not simply through theory. The program incorporates interactive learning, repetition, call-and-response engagement, and elements drawn from theater and performance training to help students develop strong presence, communication skills, and leadership confidence.
